MONDAY

5:45-6:45PM ~ HATHA YOGA

This class focuses on linking movement with breath as well as looks into your anatomy and alignment. You will be learning how to move &  progress fluidly from simple to more complex asanas (postures).

7-8PM ~ YOGA FLOW

A Vinyasa (FLOW) based Yoga practice. Vinyasa meaning breath synchronised movement – has both mental and physical benefits. It focuses on smooth transitions between the movements and breaths.

It’s a bit tricky to find: Please note that the main church entrance is on Landsdown Rd whereas the church hall entrance- where the Yoga Class takes place-is a bit hidden on Manor Rd.
