“East meets West”. In the west we put a lot of emphasis on cardiovascular health & strength. In the East with exercises like Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Tao Yin the focus is different. The focus is on your life force energy. When QI (life force, Energy) circulates we feel healthy, vibrant & vital. Enliven it through breath, through movement, through stretch, through flow.

My belief is that like with everything else in life we need a good balance between these two worlds and that by bringing more power to the breath, we bring more power into our mind, body & souls.
